Carolina is a Rolfing® Practitioner as well as Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Teacher. Carolina’s physio treatments include myofascial release, trigger point, dry needling and therapeutic exercises. Carolina is also available for private one to one Pilates sessions on the Mat and the Reformer.
