Rory O'Connor

Rory qualified as a Rolfer® at the European Rolfing® Association in Munich. Having worked in an office for many years, he knows personally the capacity of Rolfing® to bring people with modern lifestyles a sense of their own embodiment and a feeling of ease in all circumstances. As a keen swimmer and cyclist for health and enjoyment, he wants to assist those who want to challenge themselves physically, and understand they can benefit from the support Rolfing® provides. When he first encountered Rolfing®, it made an impression when he came out of a session looking forward and with shoulders relaxed, while previously he didn't even know he had his head down – so he is attentive to the positive effect Rolfing® can have on confidence.
