Dr. Joseph O'Kelly

Joe is a certified Rolfer with over 10 years experience working with a diverse range of clients. Having recently finalised a Masters in Psychotherapy he uses his distinct range of skills and abilities to help people achieve ease in the bodies and peace in their minds. Joe has studied Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute and has deepened his knowledge and experience with workshops in Emotions of Rolfing®, Neural Manipulation, Connections of the Spine to the Hand, Listening to the Second Brain, etc while attending further training and mentoring in Germany, France and Denmark.

Joe is also a Certified Scar Work Therapist working with scars and scar tissue from surgeries, cuts, C-sections, heat/friction burns, laparoscopies, arthroscopies, etc. His passion is to help people change and grow by gaining ease, mobility and energy in their bodies, peace and safely of their minds and relief in their nervous system.
